How do we get the nonprofit discount?

Send a question before you order and tell me your organization’s name. Once I confirm it’s a registered nonprofit, I’ll set up the 10% discount on your yearly plan.

Who qualifies?

Registered nonprofits, such as 501(c)(3) and other 501(c) organizations in the US, and registered charities and nonprofits in Canada.

Does the discount work on monthly plans?

No, it applies to yearly plans only. Yearly billing already includes two months free, so with the discount it’s the lowest price available.

Our webmaster is leaving. What do we do?

Open a ticket or call me. I’ll help you move the account and its logins over to the new person.

Can you move our current website?

Yes, for free, if it’s on another cPanel host and you have the login there.

Can you build our website?

No, I focus on hosting. One-click WordPress makes it easy to build your own, or I can refer you to a designer I trust.
