Content you host with us

The files, databases and email stored in your hosting account belong to you. We don’t look through them except when needed to provide support you’ve asked for, protect our servers, or comply with the law. If your website collects information from your own visitors, you are responsible for your own privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and afterward as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When a hosting account is closed, the website files, databases and email stored in it are deleted.

Security

We use encrypted connections (SSL), access controls and regular updates to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and keep your own software up to date.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details in your client area at any time. You can also ask us to provide a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we’re required to keep. Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
